Founder of Worldlinks Advisors, Mr. Salem has extensive experience in Private Banking, Placement and Clients Relationship. Over his 30 years tenure in the field, he has held senior positions in Citibank (Cash Management), Banque Indosuez (Calyon) Private Banking, BNP Paribas (Private Banking), First Islamic Investment Bank (Arcapita) (Placement), BMB Investment Bank, (Placement), Investors Bank, (Placement/Business Development), and Mashriq Bank (Treasury & Capital Market) (Placement).
Since establishing Worldlinks Advisors in 2008, Mr. Salem took major role of narrowing the gap between the products providers and the investors in the GCC area, by developing strong relationships between the two.
Mr. Salem holds Associate Degrees in Business Management from Portsmouth Business College, Bachelor and Master Degree from Washington International University (USA).

Consulting activities: extensive project control, site management and contract administration expertise gained on major construction projects, ranging from USD 0.9 million to USD 800 million in the United States, Middle East, North Africa, South East Asia, UK and Ireland. Ten years experience on road and bridge construction projects on three continents.
Currently site based Project Manager for an Irish based specialist façade contractor engaged in the design, manufacture and on-site installation of curtain wall glazing and rainscreen cladding systems for several iconic commercial buildings in Dublin, Ireland – https://www.glffacades.com/
Prior returning to Ireland, as part of the Development Team for Diyar Al Muharraq – a 3.2 billion USD new city currently under construction in Bahrain, – https://www.diyar.bh/ Eugene was responsible for sub-division planning, submission of planning applications, building permits and the production of the Design Development Guidelines for the hotels, apartments, residential and commercial sectors within the masterplan.
