We aim to acquire olive groves through a build-up process of lands already in production, in order to create a leading company with a 2% share of the market and a high quality brand to export Premium Quality Olive Oil to potential markets.

Growth Strategy

The initial plan is to invest €100M in the acquisition of 6 lands, located on renowned olive’s production areas, and develop a build-up process by acquiring additional lands. The Tajine Project aims to acquire a 2% stake of the Spanish Oil Production market, equivalent to a 1% of the world production.

PHASED APPROACH:

PHASE I:

Kick off, initial lands acquisition and starting of activities.

Initial operations outsourced  by a third-party company.

PHASE II:

Continuous build-up process, acquisition of additional lands and synergies.

In-house operations.

PHASE III:

In addition to the build-up, the production will increase due the investment in new productions techniques, which improve costs and production.
